Why We Need You

To continue providing our customers with first-class solutions and excellent service, we are seeking your expertise and commitment as a Commercial Administrator (m/f/d).

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth internal processes and the efficient, accurate, and service-oriented handling of customer orders.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Processing customer orders — from quotation preparation to order entry and final delivery
  • Close coordination with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Production to ensure on-time workflows
  • Preparing and managing order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documents
  • Supporting the creation of export and customs documentation in collaboration with freight forwarders and international partners
  • Maintaining and managing customer and order data in existing systems and tools
  • Contributing to internal administrative topics such as insurance matters, contracts, or documentation
  • Actively supporting the implementation of the new ERP system and the optimization of existing processes

If you are the right person for this position, you bring commitment, a strong sense of responsibility, and a careful, detail-oriented approach to your work. You enjoy working independently and precisely, while also feeling comfortable as part of a well-functioning team. Ideally, you also bring the following qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, or a comparable qualification
  • Enjoyment of commercial processes and administrative tasks
  • Initial experience in order processing, inside sales, or a similar administrative role is an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • A structured, reliable, and responsible working style
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach when interacting with customers and internal departments
  • Good German language skills (written and spoken) and basic English skills
  • Strong organizational abilities, good time management, and the desire to actively shape and improve processes
